Gruet Winery was founded on the vision and passion of French winemaker and patriarch, Gilbert Gruet. His family has since embraced Gruet’s legacy and has been producing outstanding American sparkling and still wines in New Mexico for over 25 years. Gruet Brut was our first wine, released in 1989. It remains our classic, flagship sparkling wine. Wonderful aromas of green apple, citrus and mineral notes are rounded out by a lingering finish with a hint of brioche.
