Eco Cert: Cosmos Organic. Domaine Bousquet combines the know-how of French winemaking with Argentina's exceptional climate and terroir. The vineyard is located at the foothills of the Andes, at 1200 m.a.s.l. Diurnal temperature shifts produce perfectly ripened grapes with balanced acidity. The grapes are hand-picked and the vineyard is certified organic. Aged between 6 to 8 months in contact with French oak. This elegant wine well balanced with rich aromas and expressions of pure fruits, tones of raspberry, blackcurrant, cassis, and fig flavors flowing over notes of chocolate and tobacco. Good acidity and long finish, ideal with red meats and pasta dishes.
