Instructions: Use chart and instructions below to make mouth-wateringly delicious banana bread or muffins based on your preferred preparation method. Mix Only: Topping: 1 tbsp butter, melted 1/4 cup mix; Ingredients: 2 eggs, 2/3 cup milk, 6 tbsp butter, melted; Loaf Pan (8x5''): 350 F for 35-40 minutes; Muffins: 350 F for 16-19 minutes. Mix + 1 Banana: Ingredients: 2 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 4 tbsp butter, melted, 1 banana; Loaf Pan (8x5''): 350F for 35-40 minutes; Muffins: 350F for 16-19 minutes; Mix + 2 Bananas: Ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 tbsp milk, 3 tbsp butter, melted, 2 bananas; Loaf Pan (8x5''): 350F for 38-43 minutes; Muffins: 350F for 18-22 minutes. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease or line 10 muffin tins with liners, or spray loaf pan with oil. Mix together 1 tablespoon melted butter and 1/4 cup mix until fully incorporated and crumbly. Set aside topping. Mash banana with a fork in a large bowl if using banana(s). Add eggs, milk, and butter; whisk until fully combines. Add in mix and stir until fully incorporated. Fill each muffin tin 2/3 full with batter or pour batter into greased loaf pan. Top with streusel topping. Bake according to the chart above based on your preferred preparation. Do not eat raw batter. You will need: eggs, milk, butter (melted), 1-2 ripe bananas (optional).
