Easy Prep Recipe: Ingredients: 1 large egg; 1/2 cup melted butter; 3 tablespoons milk. Directions: 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray bottom of pan with Pam. 2. Mix: Stir brownie mix, egg, melted butter, and milk together in a large bowl until well blended, about 50 strokes. Spread into greased pan. 3. Bake: Bake on rack in center of oven following chart below. Add 3-5 minutes for glass pan. Brownie is done when toothpick inserted 1-inch from the edge of pan comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Knead caramel packet 15 times before opening to soften. Cut off one corner of packet. Drizzle the caramel in lines across the pan. Cut and serve. 8 inch x 8 inch pan 32-35 min; 9 inch x 9 inch pan 24-27 min. High Altitude: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
