Do not eat raw batter. you will need: 6 tablespoons butter (melted); 2 tablespoons water (1/4 cup water for cake-like brownies); 2 eggs. Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8x8" pan or line with parchment paper. Whisk together butter, water, eggs, and mix in a large bowl until well combined, scraping sides of bowl as needed. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-33 minutes (33-36 minutes for cakier brownies) or until brownies are just set but still a little soft in the middle.
