What you'll need: 1/2 cup oil or butter, 3 tbsp water, 2 eggs. Brownies: Makes 16 brownies. Use an 8 inches x 8 inches square pan or 9 inches x 9 inches square pan. Heat oven to 400 degrees F for a light-colored pan, 375 degrees F for a dark-colored or glass pan. Grease pan; set aside. Mix 1/2 cup melted oil or butter and water together in large bowl. Note: if using melted coconut oil or melted butter, let cool slight before adding. Whisk in the eggs. Add baking mix and stir until well combined. Bake 23-27 minutes for 8 inches x 8 inches pan or 18-22 minutes for 9 inches x 9 inches pan. Let cool before cutting. Mix it up! Try one of these inspired additions: Drizzle melted dark chocolate and Himalayan salt on top after baking. Swirl in nut or seed butter before baking. Add a few dollops of your favorite fruit preserve before baking. Save for another day. Our mixes don't contain any preservatives, so once made, store your treats in the fridge or freezer.
