You Will Need: 1/3 cup butter or margarine; 2 eggs. 1. Heat: Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease bottoms and sides of foil cups. 2. Place butter in medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover; microwave until melted. Caution: Bowl will be hot. 3. Empty: Empty Lave Cake Mix into melted butter; stir until blended. Microwave 20 seconds. Add eggs; stir 1 minutes until very well blended. 4. Divide: Divide batter between foil cups (about 1/3 cup each). Place Oreo cookie pieces onto batter (about 1 tablespoon each). Place cups on baking sheet. 5. Bake: Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until sides are set and centers are soft. Let stand 2 minutes. Run knife around sides of cups to loosen. Immediately place small serving plate upside down over each cup; turn plate and cup over and remove foil cup. Serve immediately. High attitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Do not eat raw cake batter.
