Preparation Instructions: preheat oven to 425 Degrees F. Corn muffins: line a standard size 6-cup muffin pan with paper iners or spray with non-stick cocking spray. Empty contents of package into a medium-size bowl. Add 1 sightly beaten egg, 1/3 cup 2% milk, and 3 tablespoons melted butter. Mx thoroughly. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees F for 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 6 muffins. Cornbread:Heat: Oven to 425 degrees F. Generously grease 8x8 inch pan. Pour contents of package into a medum-size bowl. Add 1 sightly beaten egg, 1/3 cup 2% mik and 3 tablespoons melted butter. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 425 Degrees F for 14-18 minutes or until Golden brown.
