Wash hands before rolling cookies. You will need: For the chocolate cookie you will need: 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter or margarine, softened* (not melted), 1 egg. For the filling you will need: 1/2 cup milk. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F (or 325 degrees F for nonstick cookie sheet). 2. Stir Cookie Mix, softened butter and egg in large bowl until dough forms. 3. Shape dough into 12 balls, about 1 rounded tablespoon each. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. (If dough is too sticky to roll, cover and refrigerate 20-25 minutes). 4. Bake 15 to 17 minutes. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely. 5. Mix Filling Mix and milk in small bowl on low speed 30 seconds and then on medium speed 1 to 2 minutes. 6. Fill each cookie pie with filling (about 2 tablespoons each). Spread evenly and top with another cookie pie. Refrigerate leftovers. * To soften butter directly from refrigerator, microwave on High 10-15 seconds. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
