Easy - Just add oil and water! 1/2 cup water. 1 tsp oil. Preparation Instructions: Traditional: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or a large baking sheet. Combine pizza crust mix and 1/2 cup of hot tap water in a mixing bowl. Stir with a fork until blended. Form into a ball and grease with about 1 teaspoon of oil. Cover and set in a warm place for 5-10 minutes. Press dough evenly onto the bottom of pan using greased hands. Pinch edges to form a rim. Prick dough with a fork. Bake at 450 degrees F on lowest rack for 3-5 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread with pizza sauce and your favorite toppings. Bake on lowest oven rack for 10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and toppings are hot. Thick Crust: Make as directed above, except press dough into a 9-inch circle on a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Deep Dish: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a 9x1.5-inch round pan. Make as directed above, except press dough on the bottom and 1 inch up the side of the pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Appliances vary; cooking times are approximate.
