Use within 4 months of opening and store in refrigerator once opened. For bread machines use liquids at 80°F. Add liquids, then dry ingredients to the pan. Add yeast last and do not let it come in direct contact with salt or sugar. Follow machine manufacturer's instructions tor shorter cycles as yeast levels and liquid temps may be different For traditional baking, blend yeast directly with flour (not dissolved) then add liquids warmed to 120°F.
