Dolly’s Sweet Cornbread: You Will Need: 1 cup milk, 1 large egg, 1/3 cup melted butter. Do no eat raw batter. Directions: 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray bottom and sides of pan with Pam Cooking Spray or use baking cups for muffins. 2. Mix: Stir cornbread mix, milk, egg, and melted butter in a large bowl until blended. Pour into pan and bake immediately. 3. Bake: Bake on rack in center of oven following chart below. Add 3 to 5 minutes for glass pan.
