Preparation Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Moisten with water 21/2 lb. bone in chicken pieces (6 to 8 pieces) or 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast (6 to 8 pieces) or moisten with water 6 to 8 (1/2-inch thick) bone in or boneless pork chops. Shake chicken or pork, 1 or 2 pieces at a time, in reusable container with 1 packet coating mix. Discard any remaining mix. Bake in ungreased or foil-lined 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan until done (minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F for chicken or 160 degrees F for pork, when tested with meat thermometer). Bone-in chicken - 45 minutes. Boneless chicken, bone-in or boneless pork chops - 20 minutes. For safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F when used on chicken, measured with a thermometer. For safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F when used on pork, measured with a thermometer. Air Fryer: Coat chicken as directed above.
