Preparation Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degree F. Moisten pork chops with water. Shake off excess. Using chart below, measure mixture into a reusable container. Shake or coat 1 or 2 chops at a time with mixture. Discard any remaining mixture. Bake on ungreased or foil-lined 15x10 inch metal baking pan until cooked through, using chart below. Do not cover. Do not turn chops during baking. 160degree F. Uncooked for safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degree F, as measured by use of a thermometer. 1/2 inch Pork Chops: Coating Mixture: 2-3: 1/4 packet; 4-5: 1/2 packet; 6-8; 1 packet. 1/2 inch pork chops: Bake with bone; 2-3: 20 min; 4-5; 25 min; 6-8; 30 min. 1/2 inch pork chops: Bake bonesless; 2-3; 15 min; 4-5; 15 min; 6-8; 20 min. Air Fryer: Coat pork as directed above. Cook according to air fryer directions. Great for air fryers!
