(No need to flip pork chops.). Cook Time Chart: Pork Chops (Boneless & Bone-In): 20 minutes oven set temperature to 400 degrees F, 15 minutes air fry set temperature to 350 degrees F. 2 lb. Boneless Chicken Breasts: 20-25 minutes oven set temperature to 400 degrees F, 15-20 minutes air fry set temperature to 350 degrees F. 1-1/2 lbs. Chicken Breast Tenderloins: 12-14 minutes oven set temperature to 400 degrees F, 10 minutes air fry set temperature to 350 degrees F. Note: Cook times may need to be adjusted. Internal temperature must reach for 145 degrees F pork or 165 degrees F for chicken. Air Fryer Directions: Coat pork or chicken as directed. Place in single layer in air fryer basket, working in batches if needed to avoid overloading basket. Air fry as directed above. Tips & Tricks: Try brushing pork with Bar-B-Q sauce or dip in egg wash before coating. Use as a coating for veggies to make onion rings, broccoli bites, or green bean fries. Mix-In Usages: Use this Coating Mix to replace breadcrumbs when preparing meatloaf, meatballs, or burgers. Crunchy Topping: Sprinkle Coating Mix on top of baked macaroni & cheese or cheesy potato and vegetable casseroles.
