You Will Need: 1 - 1.5 lbs. chicken breasts (cut into 1 inch pieces). 1/3 cup low - sodium soy sauce. 3 cups broccoli or favorite oil, honey, and water. Directions: 1. Heat skillet on med - high heat. 2. In a large bowl mix Riega seasoning, soy sauce, oil, honey and water. 3. Add chicken to bowl and toss to coat evenly. 4. Add chicken to heated skillet, stir and cook for 5 minutes. 5. Add veggies to skillet with any leftover liquid. 6. Cover 5 - 7 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked. 7. Try with suggested base and top it options below. Buid A Bowl Your Way: Suggested Options: Base: Rice, soba or udon noodles or shredded cabbage. Top It: Lima beans, cilantro, hot sauce, peanuts or fried egg.
