Teriyaki Chicken: Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick seasoning mix. 1/2 cup water. 1 tbsp. soy sauce. 1 tbsp. oil. 1-1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks. 2 green onions, finely chopped, green parts only. 1. Mix water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in bowl. Set aside. 2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 minutes or until no longer pink. 3. Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Stirring constantly; cook 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is fully cooked. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve with cooked rice, if desired. Kitchen Tips: Try with steak, shrimp or tofu instead of chicken. Chicken Teriyaki Tacos: Prepare chicken as directed above. Serve in 8 (6-inch) tortillas, warmed. Top with chopped pineapple, diced red bell peppers and scallions.
