You will need 3-4 chicken breasts (approx. 1 to 1.5 lb) 2 cups favorite veggies (diced) 3 tbsp. Olive oil directions 1. Heat 1 tbsp. Oil in skillet on med-high heat. 2. Coat chicken breasts in remaining oil and riega seasoning. 3. Once skillet is hot, sear chicken 5 minutes on each side. 4. Reduce heat to medium and add veggies. 5.
