You Will Need: 1-1/2 cups plant-based milk, unsweetened, unflavored; 2 tbsp. plant-based butter. Directions: 1 In a small bowl, combine milk and sauce mix and whisk for 30 seconds. Set aside. 2 In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. 3 When butter is melted, add milk and seasoning mixture and whisk until combined. 4 Cook on medium-low heat until sauce thickens (approximately 4 to 8 minutes) while whisking frequently. 5 Remove from heat and let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Tips: Try it on nachos, steamed veggies, enchiladas or baked into cornbread.
