You will need. 1 lb. Ground beef or filling of choice. Directions: 1 in a large skillet, thoroughly cook 1 lb. ground beef or filling of choice. Drain pan if desired. 2. Add 1/3 cup water and 1 packet of seasoning; stir. 3. Cook on medium heat until mixture boils. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, until desired thickness is reached. Also Try: Southwest Salad: in a bowl, add 2 diced tomatoes and 1 can each of corn and black beans, drained. Whisk seasoning with 1/2 cup olive oil; pour over. Squeeze lime over to finish. Taco Snack Mix: Combine pretzels, snack crackers and nuts in a bowl, coat with oil and seasoning. Spread out on a baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
