Make it sushi night. Switch up your lunch routine. Sushi Rolls: 1. On a bamboo rolling mat, spread a layer of cooked sushi rice on gimMe Sushi Nori, leaving about an inch at top and bottom edges. 2. Add all your favorite ingredients along the edge closest to you. 3. Using the bamboo rolling mat, carefully roll from bottom around your fillings, then seal. 4. Slice into bite-size pieces and enjoy! Hand Rolls: Cut gimMe Sushi Nori sheet into quarters. Place the nori, shiny side down, on your palm. Put your favorite ingredients on the nori sheet at a 45-degree angle and roll until you form a cone shape. Storage Suggestion: After opening, store in a large sealable zipper storage bag and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
