Just dip, wrap and roll! 1. Place wrapper into warm water until it is pliablee (about 10 seconds), remove and blot. 2. Place the filling in the middle of the wrapper. 3. Fold over the bottom. 4. Fold over the 2 sides. 5. Roll wrapper upwards to form a neat roll shape. Serve immediately or deep-fry for about 2 minutes. Perfect with Blue Dragon Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce.
