Directions: What You Need: 1 lb. lean ground beef. 1 pkg. Taco Bell taco seasoning mix. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese. Chopped lettuce and tomatoes. Sour cream. 1. Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. 2. Meanwhile, bake taco shells on baking sheet in 300 degrees F oven 3 to 5 min. or until warmed. Caution: Do not heat taco shells in toaster oven due to possible fire risk. 3. Full bowls with meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. Pass the taco shells and let everyone customize their taco. Makes 6 servings, 2 tacos each.
