Stir ingredients until blended. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cupful onto hot greased griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. Yield: 10 pancakes. Gluten-Free Waffles (Dairy and eggs in recipes can be substituted with appropriate replacers according to your dietary needs): 1-1/3 Cups: Nature's Promise, Gluten-Free, Pancake & Baking, Mix. 1-1/4 Cups : Milk. 3 Tbsp: Vegetable oil. 1: Large egg. Stir ingredients until blended. Pour onto center of hot greased waffle maker; Close lid. Bake about 5 minutes (Appliances vary; Cooking times are approximate) or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. Yield: 8 (4-inch) waffles.
