Instructions: Skillet: 1. Cook linguine. Meanwhile, heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp begin to turn pink. 2. Stir in sauce and heat to a boil. Stir in lemon juice and red pepper. Reduce heat. Cover and cook until shrimp are done. Serve with linguine and cheese. Other Cooking Methods: Oven: Omit oil. Cook linguine. Arrange shrimp, 1 cup grape tomatoes and 1-1/2 cups diced zucchini on rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Pour sauce over all. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 min. or until done. Stir in lemon juice and red pepper. Serve with linguine and cheese. Slow Cooker: Omit oil and shrimp. Place 14 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts in 6-qt. slow cooker. Pour in sauce. Cover and cook on high for 3 hr. (or low for 6 hr.) or until done. Stir in lemon juice and red pepper. Serve with cooked linguine and cheese. Multi-Cooker: Saute shrimp with oil in 6-qt. multi-cooker. Press cancel. Remove shrimp. Place uncooked linguine (broken in half) in pot. Pour in sauce and 1 cup water. Sprinkle with red pepper. Pressure cook on High, setting timer for 9 min. Press cancel and quick release pressure. Stir well. Stir in shrimp, lemon juice and cheese. Try with chicken or shrimp. Promptly refrigerate unused product in separate container. Best if used by date on package.
