All It Takes is Flame & Flavor: Take your grilling to the next level with this sweet and spicy blend of soy, red & black pepper, ginger and garlic. You Will Need: 1 package Grill Mates marinade. 1 to 2 lbs. chicken, steak, pork, salmon* or vegetables. Directions: Place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade reserving 1 to 2 tbsp. for basting, if desired. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinate. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade. * Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes. Tear & pour.
