BelGioioso Blue Cheese is handcrafted with the freshest milk gathered daily from local farms and aged 60 days in special caves. During this time, each wheel is pierced with small holes, allowing air to penetrate and facilitating the growth of beneficial mold. The traditional character and goodness of this cheese will bring a tangy, unique taste to your salads, appetizers or any entree.
Keep refrigerated. Freshness is assured in unopened containers until the date stamped on the lid. Use within 3-5 days of opening or freeze for up to 2 months.
