Cooking Instructions: Stove Top - Traditional: Cover bottom of skillet with 1/4 of oil. Pre-heat oil on low/medium setting for about 3 minutes (if oil smokes it is too hot). Add falafel and cook for 4 minutes per side. Oven Optional: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Brush oil on falafel and thaw on a baking pan for 25 minutes. Bake near the top rack for 15 minutes until golden brown. Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. They should be toasty brown all the way around! Enjoy! Serving Ideas: Wrap in a pita with veggies and hummus for a fast & healthy lunch or dinner. Add to a salad to boost protein and keep it vegan. Enjoy as a snack with your favorite dip or hummus. Serve as part of a cheese or charcuterie board to provide a vegan option. Keep frozen.
