After years of work in our chef's test kitchen, we've crafted our own version of this savory dish using organic garlic, onions, carrots and ginger, carefully folded into delicate dumplings. Then we gently lay them on top of organic noodles and our special house-made tofu. We finish off the dish with a rich and savory hoisin sauce that will surely leave you smiling. Amy's Kitchen does not use any peanuts, fish, shellfish or eggs. Family Owned Since 1987: After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Microwave Oven: Do not remove overwrap. Cook on high for 3-4 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover bowl with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish.
