Cooking Directions: Stovetop: In a saucepan, bring 3/4 cup water to a boil. Add frozen vegetables. Stir gently until water returns to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5-7 minutes or until tender. Avoid overcooking. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen vegetables and 2 tablespoons of water into a 2-quart microwave-safe container. Cover and microwave on high 4-6 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Let stand, covered, 1 minute. Season to taste, stir and serve. (because microwaves and stove-tops vary, adjusting cook times and heat settings may be required.) Appliances vary; heating times are approximate. Not ready to eat. For food safety, cook to an animal temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use.
