Cooking Directions: Stovetop: In a saucepan, bring 3/4 cup water to a boil. Add frozen vegetables. Stir gently until water returns to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5-7 minutes or until tender. Avoid overcooking. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen vegetables and 2 tablespoons of water into a 2-quart microwave-safe container. Cover and microwave on high 4-6 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Let stand, covered, 1 minute. Season to taste, stir and serve. (because microwaves and stove-tops vary, adjusting cook times and heat settings may be required.) Appliances vary; heating times are approximate. Not ready to eat. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze thawed product.
