Cooking Directions: Microwave Steam in Bag: Gently massage the package to separate the frozen product in the bag. Do not pierce the bag; steam vents are already in the packaging. Place unopened bag in microwave with front panel facing down, keeping the instruction side up at all times, Microwave on high setting for 5 1/2 - 6 1/2 minutes*. Bag will expand as steam builds and contract as steam escapes. Let stand 1-2 minutes to allow hot steam to escape. Carefully handle bag at sealed ends of the bag corners without turning the package over and remove from microwave. Place bag over serving dish, carefully cut open and pour into serving dish. Caution: Contents are very hot. Always keep back panel facing up to prevent excess moisture from leaking from the back panel steam vents. Stovetop: Pour contents of bag into saucepan with 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil over HIGH heat. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender, approximately 8-10 minutes. Drain and serve. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. *Microwaves often vary in power; above times based on a 1200-watt microwave. For 700-watt microwave ovens, add approximately 30 seconds to above cooking times.
