Microwave: 1. Place unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not pierce bag. 2. Microwave on high for 5 minutes*. During heating, the bag will slowly inflate. Steam will be released from the bag through a special vent. A whistling sound may be heard. 3. Let stand 1-2 minute. Caution: Bag is hot. Carefully remove the bag from microwave, avoiding steam. Tear bag open along top of package. 4. Pour into a serving dish and enjoy. *Appliances vary; heating times are approximate. Stove top: 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. 2. Pour vegetables into a steamer and place in a covered pot. 3. Cook to medium-high-heat for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables have reached the desired texture and temperature. 4. Pour into a serving dish. For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Thawing: Do not thaw vegetables before cooking. Keep frozen.
