Microwave: 1. Place unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not pierce bag. 2. Microwave on high for 4-1/2-5-1/2 minutes*. During heating, the bag will slowly inflate. Steam will be released from the bag through a special vent. A whistling sound may be heard. 3. Let stand 1-2 minute. Caution: Bag is hot. Carefully remove the bag from microwave, avoiding steam. Tear bag open along top of package. 4. Pour into a serving dish and enjoy. *Appliances vary, Heating times are approximate. Stove Top: 1. Place frozen vegetables in saucepan and cover with water. 2. Place on stove top to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and boil gently for 6-8 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally, Drain; season to taste. For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Thawing: do not thaw vegetables before cooking. Keep frozen.
