Cooking Directions: Stir Fry: Preheat skillet to wok to medium-high. Place vegetables with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil on the skillet or wok. Cook 7-8 minutes on medium-high uncovered, or until desired tenderness place into serving dish, season to taste and serve. Microwave: Place frozen vegetables and 2 tablespoons of water into a 2-quart microwave safe container. Cover and microwave on high 6-7 minutes (Appliances vary; heating times are aproximate), stirring once during cooking. Season to taste, stir and serve. (Because microwaves and stove-tops vary, adjusting cook times and heat settings may be required).
