Stove Top: Place frozen chopped kale and 1-1/2 cups of water into a I or 2 quad sauce pan. Cover, place on high heat, and bring to a rapid boil. Stir with a fork to separate, reduce heat, and Simmer covered until kale is tender and crisp, approximately 10 to 11 minutes. Drain and season to taste. Place frozen chopped kale and 1/2 cup of water into a 1 quart microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave for 8-10 minutes, stirring once about halfway through cooking time. Season to taste, stir, cover, and allow to stand a few minutes before serving. Caution: Product and container may be hot. Note: Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking times accordingly. Do not microwave in bag. For food safety, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. How to cook ‘em. Do not thaw and refreeze. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
