Must cooked thoroughly. See cook instructions. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat setting as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove Top (Recommended): Preheat a medium non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Pour entire contents of bag into the skillet, cover. Cook covered for 8-1/2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and cook for another 1 - 2 minutes with frequent stirring until vegetables are golden brown. Microwave: Place unopened bag, standing up, on microwaveable dinner plate. Microwave on high 5-1/2 - 6-1/2 minutes (Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed) or until thoroughly cooked. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove plate and bag. Caution: Bag will be hot; avoid steam when opening. Tear bag at notch. Empty into a serving dish; stir well. Keep frozen.
