Directions: (Adult) take (2) liquid soft-gels two times per day (morning & afternoon) with meals and a full glass (8 oz) of water. Do not exceed four (4) liquid soft-gels per day. While the daily serving size is four (4) liquid soft-gels, it is strongly recommended that you explore whether or not you can achieve results as a lower daily dose. You may benefit from a smaller dose because everyone has different sensitivities to unese ingredients. For a daily dose, start with one liquid soft-gel and build up to a maximum of four (4) only if needed. Do not exceed 90 days of continual use of this product without a two (2) week break.
