Do not use this product: On garments made with fluffier fabrics (such as fleece, velour, chenille, and terry cloth). On children's sleepwear or garments labeled as flame resistant as it may reduce flame resistance.

Toss in wash or rinse after use. To Use: 1. Place package on side with valve down. 2. Twist cap for quicker flow. 3. Press red button to dispense Downy. Pour liquid fabric softener into the designated softener dispenser, Downy ball, or pour directly into the rinse water. Refer to your washing machine's manual to locate the fabric softener dispenser and recommended setting(s) for the rinse cycle. Medium Loads - Just above bar 1 (21.9 ml). HE large loads - bar 3. Use up to a full cap for extra softness & freshness. Not a Detergent: Use fabric softener in addition to your usual detergent.
