Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Use shady brook farms ground turkey any way you would use ground beef. For Crumbles: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350 degrees F. Crumble in a single layer in the skillet and stir constantly for 7 to 8 minutes, or until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Tip: To measure temperature, place crumbles into a mound and insert meat thermometer into the center, being careful not to touch the skillet. For food safety cook to 165 degrees F. Keep refrigerated.
