Hi there, Thanks for picking up this package of meat that bears the Kayem name, which comes straight from my great grandfather's initials K and M. The name is as simple as that. What's inside, well that's a different story. In each and every package you'll find the finest crafted meats my family and I have been making for well over 100 years right here in Chelsea, Mass. And it's no simple task to uphold standards and traditions set by our family to craft the best tasting meats around, year after year. But, I have to admit. it sure is worth it. Our Hot Dogs are fully cooked. Just heat to 160 degrees F and enjoy! Grilling: Grill over medium heat, browning evenly on both sides. To preserve juices, use tongs. Serve on a grilled buttered bun. Pan Fry: Use medium heat. Cook 6-8 minutes. Turn frequently to brown evenly. Stove top: Bring water to a boil. Add hot dogs and reduce to a simmer. Heat 6-8 minutes. Microwave: Wrap hot dogs in paper towel and microwave for 25-30 seconds (ovens vary). Add 10 seconds for each additional hot dog. For kids: Cut hot dog lengthwise, then slice into small pieces before serving. Keep refrigerated. For best quality, purchase and use by date on package. After opening package, serve within 7 days. These frankfurters may be frozen up to 3 months if not consumed by date on package.
