White Bean and Smoked Sausage Chili (pictured): Cook and stir sausage in a 4 qt. saucepan over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in chicken, beans, tomatoes chicken broth and chili seasoning mix. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pan Fry: Cut sausage into 1/2-inch slices and place in a large skillet. Cook and stir over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes or until lightly browned. Grill: Grill sausage over medium heat 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned, turning frequently. Stove Top: Add sausage rope to 1 cup of boiling water. Reduce heat; simmer 8-10 minutes or until hot.
