Cooking Instructions: Not ready to eat. From frozen, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or above for food safety and quality. Stovetop (Most Delicious!): Pre-heat a non-stick pan to medium-low heat, add 1 tbsp. of oil and cook the burger for 6-7 minutes, flipping often. Air Fryer: Cook at 375 degrees F for 8-9 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time. Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium-high (375 degrees F-425 degrees F) and cook for 8-9 minutes, flipping often. Food should be seared but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying.
