Stovetop: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook frozen plant-based strips covered, over medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. On a nonstick baking sheet, bake frozen plant-based strips for 12 to 14 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Countertop Air Fryer: Arrange single layer of frozen plant-based strips on bottom of fryer basket or rack. Cook at 400 degrees F for 9 to 12 minutes turning halfway through cooking.
