Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Directions: Grill: Preheat grill on high heat. Place beef skewers on grill, close grill cover, cook 3-4 minutes. Turn beef skewers over, close grill cover, cook 3-4 more minutes. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Arrange beef skewers in air fryer basket in a single layer. Leave space between skewers. Cook at 400 degrees F for 5-6 minutes. Turn beef skewers over and cook 5-6 more minutes. Sous Vide: Immerse beef skewer package in water bath. Set temperature of sous vide device to 130 degrees F-145 degrees F. Cook undisturbed for 1-3 hours depending on desired doneness. When sous vide step is finished remove meat from package and finish by searing in heated and oiled pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. Always cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F measured by a thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
