Cooking Instructions: Unwrap product and place in appropriate pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, or grill on high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side. Using a cooking thermometer, the internal temperature of the beef must be a minimum of 145 degrees F with a 3 minute rest period. Cook & serve. Keep refrigerated.
