How to Heat: Grill: Foil Method: Heat grill to 350 degrees F. 1. Seal ribs (covered in favorite sauce or 1/4 c. water) in sheet(s) of heavy-duty foil. 2. Heat for 20-30 minutes, turning every 5-7 minutes until hot. Direct Method: Heat grill to 350 degrees F. 1. Place ribs directly on grill. 2. Desired, baste with your favorite barbecue sauce approximately every 5 minutes. 3. Heat for 15-20 minutes until hot. Slow Cooker: 1. Cut slab into serving portions. 2. Place into slow cooker with 1/4-1/2 c. of favorite BBQ sauce or water. 3. Cover and heat on high for 50-60 minutes. Oven: Preheat to 350 degrees F. 1. Place ribs on a piece of foil on a baking sheet, cover ribs with favorite BBQ sauce or 1/4 c water. Seal the foil. 2. Heat approximately 25 minutes or until hot. Microwave: 1. Place ribs (covered in favorite sauce or 1/4 c water) in microwave-safe dish. Cover. 2. Heat on high 5-6 minutes until hot, turning halfway through cook time. Note: Let heated ribs rest 2 minutes before serving. Use caution when handling heated product. Due to variance in appliances, suggested times and temperatures are approximate and should be used as guidance only. Heat ribs thoroughly; the suggested internal temperature is 140 degrees F. For best quality, store in freezer and thaw in refrigerator. Note: If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating. Remove ribs from packaging. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
