Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Cooking Instructions (Cooking Times Are Approximate and Appliances May Vary): Conventional Oven: 1. Remove outer packaging before cooking. 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 3. Place pork in a shallow baking pan*. 4. Roast for 35 minutes uncovered until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (thickest part) or juices run clear. 5. Remove from oven/pan and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing. * If cooking 2 tenderloins space 2-3 inches apart and roast uncovered for 35 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
