Keep this leash away from children. It is not a toy. Use this leash only for the intended purpose. Pet owners are responsible at all times for their dogs. Do not use leash for dogs that exceed the specified weight for the product. Do not use leash as a tie-out (non-handheld) leash. Leash should not be tied to a pole, tree or any other fixed object. The case contains a wound spring that can cause injury if opened. If your dog's collar breaks, or if the leash disconnects from the collar, the hook can snap back and seriously injure you. Cutting, burning & finger amputation warnings: If the tape runs across skin, it can cause abrasions (like a rope burn) or severe cuts. If the tape wraps around fingers or catches on a ring, a hard pull on the leash can amputate fingers. Do not allow the tape to wrap around any part of your body. Do not use this leash with disobedient or uncontrollable dogs; they are more likely to wrap the leash around people or to run off at high speed, causing injury to themselves or others. Avoid using this leash near small children, including children in strollers.
