Prepared Hot: Preheat a non-stick pan on high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Wait until the oil sizzles. Toss in the vegetables and stir-fry for 1 minute. While the vegetables are cooking, squeeze and massage the pre-cooked noodles to loosen them up. Add the pre-cooked noodles to the pan and stir-fry with the vegetables for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and pour the dressing sauce over the mix, Stir everything together and plate. Add the provided toppings and enjoy! Prepared Cold: Place the vegetables in a bowl. Squeeze and massage the pre-cooked noodles to loosen them up, then add them to the bowl with the vegetables. Pour the dressing sauce over the vegetables and pre-cooked noodles and mix well.
